After honing his skills in top restaurants and collaborating with MM in Milan, Girolamo moved to Turin and eventually made his way to the bustling streets of the British capital. Here, his Sicilian food truck has become a beloved destination for food lovers seeking a perfect blend of tradition and innovation.
